- For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on kids' water bottles. This includes bottles designed specifically for children due to concerns over health and sanitation.
- All bottles are thoroughly inspected and quality controlled before being shipped to ensure they meet our high standards. We take pride in delivering products that are free of defects, and each item undergoes a thorough inspection process prior to shipment.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@sippyau.com.au with your order details and a photo of the damage. We will work to resolve the issue quickly and offer a replacement or refund for the defective product.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges
